To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Gift cards, downloadable products, and certain health and personal care items are exempt from being returned.
2. Process for Returns and Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Service team at info@beautiholic.store within 1 day of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your return.
Our Customer Service team will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization (RA) number, if applicable.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
